I would wait for the ROM developers to see what they say. Odds are there will be 2.2 released in a seperate update that can be applied for us. Just don't accept the OTA update when it comes out.

So in other words, the hackers and chefs are able to strip out the bloatware detection component of the OEM update and then bake into custom ROMs for us so that we don't need to flash back to stock first to update baseband (if necessary) and/or OEM Froyo update? Again sorry if this is a dumb question but didn't see it answered using a quick search and I'm new to Android from WinMo... Thx for any more info...

Found this video of Hero_Over running bench mark on this rom. Apologize if this has already been posted but I was looking for a video of this rom and had a hard time finding one.

I paid the minimal donation (until I've been able to use it for awhile) and still cannot get Hero to repsond to let me into his forums. Has anyone else been granted permission to his forum? I'm a little ticked that he won't respond.....

I've been running this ROM for a min now and had some froce closes, but never know freezes. And I'm also runnin kernel- Phoenix v1.43

I haven't paid nothing and he hasn't still let me in... But on a real-note, I like to read threads on whats going on, whats problems people have, what's up-and-coming. I just don't donate right off rip, and if he don't let know body in then he don't need bill money.

Launcher Pro working as expected here. I did run to that issue with one of the Launcher keys (the one next to phone) saying "could not lunch" but I re-mapped the key and then it worked.

One thing I don't get....I flashed it and then ran CWM data restore to get all my user data back and I lost ADW Launcher. Its just not there anymore. Any ideas what happened?

titanium saves all my launchers, if i were you i would kill juice def. for a day and i bet battery life is better.
