I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. This world is full of idiots. I would definitely recommend getting a pitbull or maybe two. They are excellent dogs for protection and they don't get too large. They are medium sized dogs that will eat just about any other large dog out there. Plus, they are good family pets as well. As long as you raise them around your family from puppies and treat them good, pitbulls are the best dog you can get. The only other dog I would recommend is a german sheppard. Between having dogs, and getting guns, you guys can sleep a lot better at night.

Wow, another animal is hard to come by Wideawake. We used to have a rockweiler or however you spell it, but he got too big and wouldn't stay on a chain, so I had to let him go. That hurt us both very badly and I regret it to this day. He says he can't lose another one. Maybe he'll think about it now.

As far as the lease, I am sure we can get out of it, but I've asked Wideawake about that already. Our income is great, but not enough to get out right now. Were saving, saving, saving, so soon. When he finally gets his first paycheck, we'll be able to do it then. His new job is holding his money for 2 months, that is crazy. But we'll make it for sure!

OMG, I've been away on a biz trip and just checked the forum today and saw this. I know you all don't know me, but your kindness is very obvious from all the hard work and patience you have put forth in this forum. There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said.
My house was broken in not too long ago as well, but as it is said, everyone is safe, and that is all we can ask for when something so senseless as this happens. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I will pray for your continued safety.
