That would be a different issue. I'm pretty sure that is software related but as I mentioned above I don't see anything in the list of issues for audio issues. Hopefully the list has been updated and this is on the list.

Well I bit the bullet and bought the Omnia 2 today. So far I like what I'm seeing, but I have 30 days to play around with the features. I'm really impressed with the AMOLED screen. As for the Touchwiz, wasn't impressed so I disabled it after about 20 minutes of use.

I am terribly confused how people are able to upgrade all the time without paying out the ass for ETF's, etc.

So my wife and I just got a family plan (rather added her to me, so we upgraded to a family plan.) I have had my Omnia since February 09 and if I could have gotten the ERIS for free since she bought the Droid, but I would have to add a line ($10) and pay the internet connection ($30), and then be stuck with my omnia as well correct? Unless I paid the ETF on the Omnia?
