Official ROM IS HERE!!!

Am I correct in understanding if we have a cooked ROM with WM 6.5, we must physically go the VZW store and have them flash our phone back to 6.1 and then install the upgrade? Seems ike we ought to be able to do it some other way.

No, I just finished flashing from Adr 3.9 (WM 6.5) directly to the official release.

No, you can flash to CF03 directly from any ROM. I flashed it at my office at work while running Adryn's 4.2 Vanilla 6.5 ROM (Sorry, employer!).

There is no need to go into the store. Just download the file on the first post flash away

Not at all. First of all, mine flashed fine straight from the cooked 6.5 ROM as if i were just flashing back to CC20, which is commonly done anyway.

Second of all, from what some people are saying, the store won't install the upgrade for you anyways. "they don't have it yet" or something.

Where did you hear that? A user reported that Verizon will flat out REFUSE to flash your phone in store, you have to use the download links provided and flash it at home.

From reading the posts here, it seems you can just flash the CF03 over any cooked CC20 rom and it will work fine.

I'm gonna wait until our talented chefs cook something up with these new ingredients before I dive in....

So what is different with this new rom? Does GPS work? Is it win 6.1 or 6.5? I Read from another site there really is not any differents. Has anyone post screen shots?
