It only has a map view, as if looking down on the map with a highlighted line to guide you. It doesn't do voice navigation, but it will beep before a turn to let you know to look at the map. It will also reroute if you mess up. GoogleMaps will utilize the GPS also but will not notify you of turns and wont automatically reroute you. I put a tutorial up a while back for using bing. The tutorial is for live search, but bing is the new name for it. Go to www.mobile.msn.com in your browser to download it.
Here is the tutorial

Did you actually get Bing to work with GPS? I can't get the thing to find me using either Locate Me or going through the menus to the option to find me with GPS.

Yeah, Bing works with gps. You have to put GPS settings at baud 8 (or it'll put you in the ocean). Locate me doesn't work with Bing. To get your position, you have to go to a map of where you are currently (change location, put in your zip). Then click map, then click menu, then click 'track me using gps'. And wait...sometimes it'll say something like it's lost the connection to the gps, then it'll ask you if you want to retry, click yes and it'll usually work. If it doesn't work for you then i'm stumped. I used it yesterday and it worked just fine.

Re: GPS SOFTWARE after ROM Upgrade

It does work for me now; it just seems overly complicated. Shouldn't a Microsoft product play a little nicer with a Microsoft phone?

Anyone know why the Locate Me feature doesn't work?
