Bluetooth Ringtone Alerts.......

is it possible to get my ringtones to play when a call is placed through a BT headset? with my H715 it just makes a sound but doesnt play the ringtone. anyway to fix it?

it depends on the headset...some headsets can some can't.

Use this. Its works on the omnia. Redirects all audio through the headset. Even ringtones. Worked with every headset i have ever had.

Ha, i was gonna reply "HEY some guy just linked me a trick for that"

One thing ive noticed though is sometimes when i get a call, iot reverts back to speaker after the call... its an easy thing to turn back on though.

Yea its done that since i was using it on the i730. Not the most perfect piece of technology but its a great little app/hack. I use titanium and on my claunch panel I have it as one the programs. Like you said... easy to turn back on.

I really need to check out 6.5 but im still happy with HTC Home and AEButton Plus. maybe after they are able to base the roms off an official update ill get to it.

How did you get it to work on the omnia?


*** Never mind... I realized your bluetooth device must be on and recognized in order for the toggle to work.
