a strong magnet on the back of the phone, or maybe take off the back cover and take out the battery and put some socks on and shuffle your feet on the carpet for a while and shock the crap out of it on the inside!! lol.

Wouldn't it make sense to just apply a much higher current to the terminals on the phone than what the battery provides? To me this seems like the best means of bricking the phone.

Yeah just hook it up to your car via jumper cables, that should do it!

that would be the best way for sure i did it by accident to my first mogul when i tried to flash a touch rom.......wow ive come far since then...lol
