Most backup apps are pretty easy to figure out, but I really don't know of any free ones. I use SPB and love it. RESCO has one, and Sprite does as well.

BTW:

Remember I mentioned last week about trying to incorporate my own images into Imache's skinning app for Shell? I was almost there and this popped up:

If you were not going to us SPB shell, what freebee would you seriously consider?

Re: A challenge to all gurus: Help me keep my phone!

Thanks! Those look nice.

Just so I continue to confound with my level of ignorance:
iContacts, S2U2 (which I just installed again!), the 2D Manila and lots of others all have themes and skins and various ways of configuring them. So, if I get skins for iContacts and wallpaper for S2U2 (plus the app that allows for wallpaper) and themes for Manila etc etc.....how does it all fit together? Who gets to be on top?

I also notice that many of the apps people have loaded on to their machines appear to have overlapping functionalities. In some cases it appears people may have 3 or 4 different contacts managers, numerous MP3 players and even multiple numbers of shells.

Re: A challenge to all gurus: Help me keep my phone!

As for my need for a wider scroll bar, I just found this registry hack:
http://knguyentu.com/wordpress/2009/...900-unleashed/
Anyone want to try it and tell me what they see before I go and destroy something?

How to increase your scrollbar width. My bars are finger friendly.
HKLM\SYSTEM\GWE\
Change the values for cyHScr and cxVScr to something like 17 or 18.
Soft reset.

Patience...patience... There is much I didn't get and am going over again. I'm fumbling and tripping along this path...

Wsh = fd set on Sys for 1.2
WsP = Fs set on Prot for 2.3
All parameters critical for non-log functional system integration.
