OK, I'll erase the value "Low Battery" in that white colored Default (screen shot #1) that I see since it had none when I found it.

I will then add "Default" with the value "Low battery" under that long string of numbers shown on the last screen shot. (next to Duration, Options and Wave)

Done.

Now I just have to play my music and surf the net for a couple of hours to drain the battery and see what happens.

Smilepak, I installed your registry pack and then afterwards, my touchscreen stopped working. Any ideas as to why?

Re: Omnia Hacks / Tips / Tricks

Well.... didn't work. It hit 40% and beep! up comes the message interfering with the music player.

The only difference I can see is in what you wrote above. Your says:

Options = 0 X 0 (0)

On mine I have:

Options = 9 (0X000009)

Everything else is the same.....as far as I can see.

Yes, I did a soft restart.

Re: Omnia Hacks / Tips / Tricks

That is because you didn't change the notification options after you entered the reghack.

I am certain of it. That 0x9 value in options is the value set by default.

Go into your notifications options and disable all of the low battery events.

I assume since we are talking about altering the registry, I am to look for these options in the registry? There is nothing under "Notifications" that says "Low Battery Event".
Under Notifications there is a long list of numbers as well as Default, Phone Reminders, ShellOverrides, Sounds. I don't see Low Battery Event.

I think I may have answered my own question. In this case it appears we are no longer talking about registry settings and instead are in the regular phone menus:

Settings --> Personal --> Sounds and notifications --> Notifications (tab) --> Event (drop down) --> Low battery (uncheck play sound, uncheck screen notification)

So far so good! No obnoxious beeping or signs...
