echew....can you post a screen shot, or a link to the ROM description? I am sure someone can find the app or something similar if we can get a better idea of what it is!!

Probably already mentioned, but:

Touchflo2d on the omnia. this isnt a skin for any launcher nor a rom with missing features, this is a set of .cab's which install the full functionality of the touchflo2d interface. works flawlessly and doesnt lag at all on mine!
