problem with pics and which backup?

I use google sync to back up my contacts and calendar but just manually back up my pics. I think a lot of people use windows my phone too. Both of those are free so you might want to give them a shot.
Not sure exactly what you mean in your second question. By numbers do you mean the SNC000001? If you mean that you see the number and not the picture then yes thats normal. For some reason you have to copy the pictures onto your computer in order to see the thumbnail and be able to open the pic.
