Automatic/Forced GPRS Disconnect

Hoping someone has the answer to this. I want to set my Omnia i910 to connect via GPRS (Broadband Access ) connection every hour, for 5 minutes, and disconnect, regardless of what application may have access to it. What registry key's should be changed, and what should the value be?
