To all the righteous posters acting "holier than though", I hope you have not EVER downloaded anything off the internet without contacting the developer for their explicit permission to use it, otherwise you are just another hypocrite sitting on your high horse because you didn't use this one app. Get over yourselves.

You don't need to contact the dev for explicit permission, you just need to have a license to use their software and agree to their terms and conditions.
Otherwise it is theft.
So yeah, if I download a piece of freeware, like NueBat driver, which is donationware, and I follow these conditions, no need to ask no2 a thing.

Only if I start hex-editing his name out....err I mean I don't follow his terms will it be a problem.

I have to admit, even without the Swype capability, this keyboard is one of the better touch soft keyboards.... When Im not tracing out words, I can easily type in the more slang type terms pretty easy...

This has made my Omnia quite fun, and I will buy retail if/when it comes out....
