Are you using the correct version? Try to find the swypeOmnia.cab.

for some reason i can't get my registration over at modaco to go through, is there anyone that could help me out with getting this?

I don't know (or remember) if it takes awhile over there or not. What kind of error message are you getting?

No because the swype developers came on here and other sites complaining and asked that it be removed.

What is the status on Swype, now? I saw a lot of posts and threads about it being removed, but is it OK to post CABs?

Nope. The Swype folks didn't appreciate their software being given away for free.

Until the swype team offer a keyboard we can pay for and use, I see no problem using it.

If you want a copy Google is your best friend (search SwypeOmnia).
