A few lines down on that website it states..

This package uses ActiveSync 4.0 to update the device. Be sure to dock your device first before running NETCFSetupv2.msi. If your device is not docked, ActiveSync will store the CAB file until the time when you dock your device. Those not using ActiveSync can run the CAB files which match the device found in the install folder directly on the device.

So that means you run the exe on the pc and then it gets transfered via activesync..

no matter what i put cant get the contatcs to open i got everything else to work so far but the contacts just wont work no matter what i put i tryed that contact programs it worked but the fact that i cant make phone calls pisses me of any help

thats very odd... i wasnt able to figure out how to get it to open the actual contacts for some reason the creator didnt like that to work... i always used pocketcm when i used the app and it worked just fine....

i dont really know what else to say sorry

just a thought if your using a mogul install the HTC random access contacts and link it to that maybe it will work since its an exe file
