Is it really slow for you guys? I installed it and when I flip my phone sideways and open the keyboard its slow, but then when I put it back it takes literally 2-3 minutes to get all the way back to normal..

Well I have htc home on it, I just turned it off to see how this thing worked and I like this better... so tomorrow if I have time, sat for sure Im going to take that off, and put this on, should it be fast then? And where to you guys reroute all those codes? Cause I know when I installed it today half the buttons didn't work....And is there a weather program I can use for this like I have on htc home? Thank you!!

1. what phone are you using?
2. The buttons dont work unless you follow my instructions 3 or so of them require free applications that need to be added
3. There is no way to tell from here what is slowing your phone down i know that mine goes very fast and runs really smooth.
4. There is no weather... the best thing you could do maybe is to link it to a website ie. weather.com and use the direct link to your zip
5. i have supplied instructions on how to make every button work for both the 6700 and 6800 and even what the buttons need to be changed into in case you dont want to add the free applications i listed in post one

I am using the 6800... I know I read all that. I don't understand where you type all the paths in at though? Like the window/..../.... wheres all that go? Im going to delete htc home and then see if this works faster if not then I don't know, but thats my main question, where do I type all the paths into at?

well theres 2 ways you can do it and its really up to you...

1.on your phone start\programs\iconfig thats prolly the easiest way...

2.on your PC sync your phone go to program files\iphone\.... find the Config.txt


i would go with option one its much easier
