Try to change some Reg-dwords:
[HKLM\security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BatteryIconLevels"=dword: 65 (hex) or 101 (dez)
"BatteryIconStart"=dword: 3e9 (hex) or 1001 (dez)
"BaseDLL"=phcanOverbmp.dll
"BaseId"=dword:0
...after this your battery-icon should show the 100% (if the battery is full

)
