A maps tab? Pardon my ignorance, but I've never used 2D, so I don't know what you're referring to?

Re: HOW TO: Customize TouchFLO3D / Manila Themes

Wow! Great information! I'm nooobe and I have a CDMA (Sprint) HTC Touch Pro. I have a few information requests and I'm not sure this is the proper place.

1. Can you edit the manila files to create a new or add/remove options from dialer screen (the screen from where you make calls)? I dislike both HTC's and WM's.

2. I am in an area where I must force roaming and I know the roaming hack. Can you ad a tab to the Comm Manager or right on the home screen that will toggle between Automatic (which is default) and Roam Only (as I called it in the hack).

Both of these might be program issues and not manila tweaks. I look forward to some cooked roms for the CDMA (Sprint) Touch Pro! The OEM OS is in need of some serious work.

Thanks for all your hard work!

I have enclosed a couple of pics of TF2d... look for the MAPS TAB..
It will list your favorites or recent searches under the search bar, just like in
the INTERNET TAB in TF3D... check it out ..

Re: HOW TO: Customize TouchFLO3D / Manila Themes

I have the alltel touch pro and all i really wanted to do was get rid of the blueish grey tf3d theme that came with the phone and get a black one, so i spent like 3 days browsing the forums, trying a couple of things that i found on this post, at first i tried the manila editor to change the the colors of the manila files (I have never done anything like this lol im such a noob)and i got as far as replacing my edited manila files to my phones windows folder but kept getting an error message. this took forever like you said it would and i was willing to go the stretch but they wouldn't copy and replace so i gave up lol, then i tried using the diamond tf3d config program to use some of the pre made themes, but I couldn't get the program to work with my pro (kept getting an error message when i opened the program) so i gave up on that too, but then i found another thread that talks about needing .net cf 3.5 and also insert file with some tweaks the thread gave me into program files>tf3d config folder. then the program worked and i was able to use the premade htc black theme i got from ur link above( thanks ) then i got ahead of myself and tried to use the backgrounds+glass zip file that Goodthings2life gave above, i thought it would be perfect to have the glass clock and be able to set my own back ground picture on all tabs of my theme. well it didnt work, it gave me the theme from the Pic above but my clock was wacked out and it just kept flipping until it got to 12:59 then it stopped, it also said t mobile in the top right corner and i could get my own background pick on there. well i said all of that just to see if any one had any suggestions on how to keep the htc black theme and replace the background pick with my own, oh and maybe the glass clock lol

Thanks for the screenshots. I can see where that might be useful in TF3D, but wonder why it's no longer there?

Another question: Is it possible to modify the weather tab in TF3D so that, like in TF2D, it shows the forecast info along the bottom, rather than having to open up another menu to access it?

Re: HOW TO: Customize TouchFLO3D / Manila Themes

That does seem cool to have. Shouldnt it be as simple as copying that manila file out TF2D and dropping it into TF3D?

Edit: more info.

Its doesnt look like its been down yet.

Re: HOW TO: Customize TouchFLO3D / Manila Themes

ok, ok, ok......i have been messing with this program for a while and i think im going crazy it wont let me install any of the icons or any sliders????? Obviously im doing something wrong but i cant figure out for the life of me what it is. I downloaded the packs (icons, sliders, curtains etc.....) then dropped them into the manilla folders icons, slider folders but when i go to the manilla program it shows me only the default??? but if i go to the actual folder it shows what i've placed in the folder. I 've been extracting from the zip packs to these folders that are inside the manilla folder. Please help me or point me in the right direction i looked at this post and from what i can tell everyone is getting it except me so if anyone has any input it'll be greatly appreciated.
