Hey S2W I went ahead and did what you said but it still didn't pop up. The bottom bar is gone but the bottom row icons didn't show.

Ok I think I see where I went wrong. I am sorry for hogging up the thread but I home what I say may help some one who might go through what I did. in my documents I put the theme folder in there but there was another folder in there so I had to take that one out in order for ultimate launch to read it. But the no bottom bar kept freezing the bottom part of my phone so I took that out but the home icon does not display like the rest of the other icons at the bottom. Thank you all for all your help.

I'm glad you fingured it out but sometimes my home icons @ the bottom be disappearing @ times also...

The theme is currently meant and created for portrait, reason why the home tab dissappears, but the way you resolve it is by reducing the tab size. On a mogul that I was using for a bit I had it set to 32x 32x and problem was solved from home dissappearing when using landscape.

BTW the update should be up soon. Just made it back home from a trip and I am kind of beat from the lag in time. I should have it up soon. sorry for the delay since I did say today. I will try my best.

Thanks alot for your help s2w. I also think it's the rom that I am using. I am using scwartz by vitvito so it's pretty custom all together. I will wait for the next one that you have in mind and try that out because I really like and respect your work. If you have time or already have is there a way you can make a file just having the bottom row icons with the addition to having a contacts one or you can just simply tell me how to do it. I was going to combine it with something I had in mind. It's called throttlehtml alpha. Don't know if you ever seen or heard of it. Thanks for your time once again.

Lucid Revised on first post...

I cleaned it up and included the power buttom using the psshutxp and edited the layout a bit.

Hopefully you will tell me what you think?

Sorry to hear it didn't work out... But I thank you for the compliments and hope you find something that does work well for your device. Perhaps a future theme.

Sure you can use my bottoms tabs (located in the tabs folder) on any layout that requires ico. if you need them in pngs let me know.

Hello

Im using the lucid white and the contacts button keeps saying error opening the shortcut also the s2u2. how do I change the path for the buttons.

Yes, when will the Lucid D be added? And does any one know how to make an "Ultimate Launch" button open a folder? as in, I have a button called "Office" and I want it to open the folder where Word, Power Point & Excel are. Thanks in advance.

You have to go to the xml skin in Rltoday, and its all categorized for easy editing. Just locate the path to contacts.

hey s2w could you tell me how to fix this? and um i don't mean to be a pain but i was wondering if maybe you could make me a pictures tab, cause i really love your theme and how easy it is to customize and i just wanted to make it a lil more customizable for me plz kind sir:drunken:

Just go to the settings within UL and ckick on the tab where you have office and click on change and look through your exe or lnk paths to locate were your folder is.

Yes I did that before I asked for help. The program requires your last selection be a .exe or .lnk file. I want to open the folder where the files are not the files themselves. I have tried creating a shortcut from the folder making the folder a .lnk file, but I get the following message. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Ok dabackwoodboy this is what you need to do: First your tools icon is not supposed to look like that, go to the UL settings, on the "tabs" tab hi-lite the tools icon, hit change, hit change again & make it look like the 1st pic. (I'm using "Task" icons, you choose the "Tools" icons. Second, download "dcinobar" and put it in Windows\Startup and soft reset. It's on the first page of this post. Third, goto Settngs\Today and on the Items tab uncheck all but UL and move it to the top of the list. Fourth, instead of having a pictures tab, I created a "Launcher" tab in place of the "Music" tab so that I could then open the music or pictures app of choice. (see 2nd pic) Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what icons you are referring to but, the "Tools & Task" icons are in the \My Documents\s2w lucid theme folder. The icons on my "Launcher" tab were found here. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...t=iphone+icons

um thanx for the help but i found out what was worng it was in the ul tab display settings

Just updating those who are interested in my themes with a peek at what I am currently working on. Modifying the lucid layout a bit. Its not finished yet, but I thought I share since I been away and busy with work.

The outcome of home page will probably change... not sure at the moment. But I tried to keep it simple.

BTW just thought I meantion this note:

The music page displays the sound profile that works as meant, but when you swipe your finger upwards you activate WMP and when you swipe downward you activate S2P.

Remember its a simple theme made for ultimate launcher so please don't expect it to be like the other great diamond themes here for example like jdume or others. With that in mind... hope you enjoy it.

word i just got done loading gt and was now about to load d revised to take advantage of fav contacts and my ? was gonna be about s2p and well you just answered it!!!! thnx for the themes....I was on jdumes for a while and today i just switched back to blackdrop and then found this!

EDIT: on your revised you did not include the weather icons that I can see. the only reason that i can get it to work is because im guessing there the same that are in the gt?

so i just got d up and these are my issues...1. I have no bottom tabs, I can scroll through them but they dont exist. I tried deleting my dino from the startup and that didnt do the trick. 2. when i click the contacts page theres nothing there and the same for the internet no icon.

You have to place the "s2w lucd d - tabs" folder in my documents so UL can detect them. Within this folder I included the tabs needed for the upper and lower sections. As for contacts I keep that for user discretion since ther are many programs people prefer. I am currently trying to develope something that would resemble the diamiond.

Things to keep in mind:
(also in the read me within the theme and in the first page as well)

-> You have to place the "s2w lucd D - tabs" folder -> in my documents so UL can detect them.

-> Place the included "config setting " -> in the UL folder for setup.

-> You have to place the "s2w lucid D - skin" -> in Rltoday folder

-> If you want the music page to work as I have it in my theme you have to place the included folders "s2w music d" and "s2w no icons" -> in HHC as stated within the readme instruction and have s2p installed.

-> Use the background included to display the upper tabs correctly on the device.

-> Also follow minor instruction to make the process easy in the readme.

still cant quite get it! is there something that maybe i forgot to take out when i installed the gt first? also im still not getting a globe for my internet browser. and on the contacts how can I get one like on the pic on the first post? is there a way so that i could put a couple of favs up there like on hhc home, as that was the reason i switched to this one. thnx

I am quite surprised you are having this trouble I uninstalled my theme and reinstalled it and all is working find. Perhaps it was the mix up you had with the tabs and when you located the gt tabs the settings might of gotten messed up. Try uninstalling it again.

If yo bare with me I will set up another config setting that will include the contacts photo dialer like the one below. Tell me if you are intrested

thnx cause i deleted my ul and rl today to make sure that i wiped both files clean and reinstalled and still couldnt get it..

The fix is made and running smooth and its now up on first page. Tell me if it works for you.

You should advice them at SPJ to use the new setup... btw I think I should check the site out. lol

just downloaded and am about to set up. already sent a pm to the guy who posted over at spj and he was looking for the fix. also nice add in on the ps shut!

EDIT: im straight!!!!everything shows up ......execpt...my contacts page says no path to dll found?

Thats ok... thats because you installed the config settings before installing the dialer I included. all you have to do is install the dialer if you haven't done so already...

Go to the settings in UL -> to the contact tab -> click on change -> you will see that there are three areas the first blank and the other two perhaps will say error. Just delete the two errors tabs -> than click on new to add the dialer (which should be set in your today plug ins) and do this process again.

Just do two cause three will look off a bit.

That should work... so tell me how that went for you...

perfecto! i thought the dial tab was just a skin for your phone screen kinda like you added one for ps shut...i was thinking how smart you were...lol..to put the ps shut on the today screen the second time because now i can free up one of my buttons to use for programs like float me! and it would be alot easier for touch users as well!

I am glad it all went well and you got your contacts up and running. Thanks I thought it was a useful idea to put that up. In my device I also added s2u2 and file explorer.
