That's because Ultimate Launch is "not activated", you have the trial, the program is not free.

The setting for this is in the UltimateLauncher.ini file. You must have TodayAgenda program in order for this to work.

EDIT : A few more issues seems to have popped up after a soft reset :
- when i hit the contacts button on the today screen i get " Error opening the shortcut or locating the target name" - why and is there a fix?
- when i hit programs on the today screen i get " the file 'HTC Programs" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found - why and is there a fix for this as well?

Thanks I appreciate the comment. I am creating new tab headers to make it even more versatile for user customization provided for your needs.

With regards to audio manager simply go to HHc and make audio manager your default player. But make sure when doing so you uncheck UL from the items list in the today settings. Once done go back and check UL again.

Don't let it fool you its not as hard as it may seem in fact simple. Install Rltoday, Ultimate Launcher and for task today agenda. as you have done with pointui and HHC. Now after that just follow the easy directions included with the theme which will lead you to add the skin in the Rltoday folder, the UL config settings in the UL folder, and the lucid theme in your my documents as its own folder. Easy steps to get it going. Again make sure you follow the read me instruction I included.

Thanks... and I see what happened, UL didn't recognized the path to the today agenda because you didn't have it installed at that time it was configuring the set up. Just go to the Ul settings and to tab, click on change and you will notice that the tabs on the left are invisible. thats ok. choose from the list the one that has the today plugin and delete it. once back in task tab you click on new and check today plugin and choose today agenda. That should be it.

For the soft keys at the bottom, I am using dcinobar which is actually located here in this thread. to easily find it just go to the thread post and click on file to the right of s2w lucid theme. As for the tsk I included the background within the theme.

Hey thats easy all you do is go through your UL setting and in your launcher tab you check on change -> then on new and click on either today plugin or shortcuts -> then new again choose xp-icon(32bit). There you will have the option of looking through your exe or lnk files... -> go to your windows folder and choose what app you desire and add an icon to it.

I have had several pms advicing me to make a diamond like home page to blend with the theme. I tried this out quickly so tell me what you think?

Although I attempted to venture into the diamond theme in the past, I serious gave up on it since there are so many great themes here that deserve the merit... so I stayed away from really doing a diamond theme. But, like I said here is a shot for those who pmed me.

Its a simple home page, but it matches the whole lucid theme. It displays how many missed call, the last name of the caller and number.

for the hhc part of it it says i need the htc home application first...i have windows mobile 6.1 and last time i put the home plugin i had to hard reset my mogul b/c it wasnt compatible...anyway i could get around this?

HHC was really a simple setup for those that prefer having the sound profile and the music tab from hhc. But you don't need the HHC at all. Just replace it with with any music app you desire.

dont get me wrong this as well as the others is a fantastic theme...but im a bit diamond out.. i even jumped on the bandwagon a couple months back and created a spb theme, but its gotten to the point now that its flippin nuts!

IMO i think u should stick with ur originality..its honestly the main reason why i jumped on board so quick with this.. its diffrent.. its flashy and classy all in the same.. i mean..it has a few bugs ( some of which drive me f'n mad ) but who the hell cares.. simple work arounds = a quick fix!

I love your theme, i've been looking for a suitable theme for ages, getting tired of anything that looking like the diamond or iphone...and this beats everything else by far....and once again thanks for all your hard work

Hey I totally agree!!!! Diamonds are everywhere. lol I can't no longer say "where are the diamonds" lol

As I already meantion I strayed away from that idea. Just did it for those who are caught. I created this theme to divert from all that hype. My theme isn't the best nor flawed from ticks... But its smooth and simple. Doesn't take much resources, and its free, now can't go wrong with that, lol.

Always keep in mind this theme is very customizable. Don't like something go to the xml and take it out. Don't like a tab I included several tabs so change it. BTW I am working on new tabs to add.

hi i have been trying this for a whole day now and i am stuck for some reason i cant get it to fit on my today its too large and my music tap brings up hhc here are my pics...im using att tilt

na na u did everything just fine!
for pic 1. all u need to do is install the no bottom bar app ive attached and ull be good to go!

for pic 3. what u need to do is deactive htc home from settings > today > items

as included in the instructions just be sure that UL is the only thing activated and that its at the top of ur today screen list!

kool the theme fits perfect now but that htc in the music tap is still there i triple check to see if htc home is uncheck and it still shows u any idea why... getting a bit frustrated...thanks again

Hey S2W, I like the Lucid D home page, how can I get it? Oh and has anyone figured out how to link a UL buttom to open a folder? I want the games button to open the folder where all of my games are. Thanks in advance, you guys are awesome!

ahhh yes.. htc home issues... im having the same problems! i was waiting for someone to post a step by step tutorial on how to edit the xml file.. but he never did.. SO if anyone else can HELP US OUT.. i think i speak for both jtoyz and myself when i say that wil be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I can't even stand the look of diamond. I see it everywhere, and frankly, like you. I beg you not to add the diamond clock to your design.

All the stuff I included is free except for Ultimate Launch of course, but you can use it for free, as long as you can deal with the "not activated" logo on the edges than you will be find and it will work... lol.

I installed all the apps just fine and most of it works. All but Ultimate Launcher. It installs fine, but after i replace the .ini file, and restart my phone or click "reload ini" the whole phone freezes and i have to go into safe mode to uninstall it. Thank god for spb. Any help is greatly apreciated

Hey S2W I tried reading this post to find the answer to the question I have but didn't find anything. I did all of the instructions that you gave to the T but I do not see the bottom row icons. Everything else shows up but the home weather contacts, etc. icons. Thanks for your help if you have the time.

Try using dcinobar which is located in this forum. In the thread post ckick on files on the s2w lucid theme and you should see dcinobar in them list. THat should work.

Thats odd. I haven't had a problem with my ultimate launcher acting up. I am updating the theme today, so wait and see if the new update is better on UL.
