Just google it, dont be lazy... And no there is no need for upgrading anything. This is just a program that changes up the look of the interface. Manilla 2d is what it was fashioned after. I say just download that instead.

I am having problems installing this on my Sprint Touch. I have my registered version of WisbarDesktop 2 installed. I installed the new Weatherpanel. When I try to install the PimpUrPocketPC Touch Diamond (Manilla Them cab, it keeps saying unsuccessful. I don't know if this makes a difference, but I had to install it from my memory card on the phone. Should I install it though ActiveSync instead. I also looked like it was installing on the memory card and the device. The directories are there, but no files. Please help.

In main page Touch Diamond Theme time was different which on main settings ?
Normally I have 2:45 but on main page this theme was 20:45.
What can i do to resolve problem ?
