Re: HTC LEO= Touch HD2= Sprint Adonis!
A friend of a friend works at sprint and is testing the HD2 as we speak, got no other info then that. I do doubt the Christmas release date though (and hope with all my heart for it!)

Re: HTC LEO= Touch HD2= Sprint Adonis!
These rumors without evidence are one step below the rumors with fake pictures/flyers (the Tmo HD2 story).
What's next? "The Sprint HD2 is launching Dec 20th 2009, the same day that WiMax will be nationwide and turned on (it's been rolled out in secret at lightning speed)!!!" For something just 2 months away, and considering HTC's lack of secrecy, there's no way there is an HD2 coming to Sprint in December. It would've already been spied, fondled, previewed without authorization, and splattered across every tech blog by now. If there is anything coming out in Dec it is an Imagio since Sprint apparently skipped the Diamond2 in favor of something else. |

Re: HTC LEO= Touch HD2= Sprint Adonis!
I check the FCC site often to see when HTC or anyone files for a new phone and there hasn't been nothing for any HD2 device, plus I know engadget, WMExperts and all those guys check too just like we seen with the Touch Pro 2 when each carrier filed for there version of the TP2 there was an articles plastered on every site showing the sticker with the name. If the device is "currently" being tested then yeah I would say specs, pics and other things would have been showed and there would be something at FCC showing this.

Re: HTC LEO= Touch HD2= Sprint Adonis!
Sprint would not be smart if they pass this phone up. With the screen size and processor, they could pull a good number of customers from other carries. Especially if they are first to market or the only one. But all this could be wishful thinking.
