If keyboard wasn't a big deal I would go with the Diamond. After using both devices I found myself using the diamond more than the TP. I, like you, didn't have a real need for memory, 4GB is plenty for me.

yeah if i need to listen to music or watch videos/ movies i just use my ipod.
