Waited a couple more months and once the custom roms started rolling out, the TP is now in a class of its own.
So here lies the question that I am sure many of us face. Do we change to the new TP2 which will almost certainly have a crummy stock rom and have to wait for the custom roms, or do I just stick it out with the TP?
Yeah, but what phone isn't enhanced by custom roms. I am still using the vogue and waiting for a phone that I love. This one might be it. So, having to wait a while for custom roms isn't much of an issue for me since the rest of the phone, even with the stock rom, will be worth it. For others, who have a newer phone, it might be worth it to wait a couple months for the custom roms to start rolling out.

The Omnia II looks kinda interesting 3.7 OLED screen in WVGA 8.1 megapixel camera with dual flash. Might be worth waiting for.

Re: To Touch Pro2 or Not to Touch Pro2....

I'll upgrade it for a few reasons
big screen, better keyboard, and more options available for tpro 2. Now what is a gripe to me is that there is no multi touch capabilities to go with that big screen. That is a bit of a gripe but it is what it is.
Frankly part of me wants to wait but then the screen and keyboard are more than enough for me to say I'm jumping in
and I have a vzw touch pro - nuff said. I want to take the jump to a new touch pro - and possibly to a new company.
