That was pretty funny I hope you were talking about a cell phone. The Pre is pretty small .If you are a power user probably should wait. Nice little phone if you want to surf the web listen to music up load to flikr, facebook stuff like that. Music sounds pretty good on it. can run multiple apps at the same time no windows which is probably a plus. I think if you like Palm products then you'll probably be happy

I went from the Treo 800w to the Pre. I love it so far. Yes there are not many apps for it yet but I'm sure it will take off. I find the device to perform much faster and smoother than the 800w. Plus switching between apps is much easier than WinMo. I figured going from an 800 to a Pro was just about the same thing and I wanted something new and exciting. Read some of the user reviews in the forums for comparisons on the Pre and Pro.

Battery life for me has been much better that the 800w. I don't have a count of hours but I can say that I can go the at least 10 hours before I need to charge after a good day's use. With the 800w I was having to charge after 4 hours.

The web browser is similar to safari. It works well. You can browse youtube through the web browser or the included youtube app. Youtube videos are played through the youtube app.

Google maps is fast and the zoom feature is amazing. Latitude is lacking though for the Pre.
