I believe the iPhone doesn't deserve an $80 bill. The touch pro, with its functionality, could go up in price and still retain my loyalty.
I don't hate the iPhone. I think it works well for what it is allowed to do. If i rated it for what it is, i wouldn't go around giving it a 1/5 rating like some appleheads are doing for the TP. If sprint finally gets a cdma iPhone, i'd possibly use it on another line; but i'm a wm user until it goes down into the ground.

U have a biased answer too. 30 bucks a month on Iphone and U'll pass. It's hard to believe that. So now, I hope some guys have an idea whys some reviews are biased.

believe it. i pass because of the features. you're totally missing the point. the touch pro features make me want this phone over the iPhone. it's not because of hatred for apple or anything like that. it's not being biased at all. Like I said, I wouldn't rate the iPhone a 1 like these appleheads are doing. Now that's being biased.. i'd give it a true rating on what the phone does. It's a good phone, but it doesn't have the features that I've been impressed with when using wm on the touch pro. I don't think anyone sees your point that you're trying to make. You sorta just sound kinda bitter...

agreed which was my point too shooting back with childish posts, especially calling people idiots and d-bags and thick as your mother is just as immature as the .5 star reviews.

People are free to like w/e phone they want to- thats why we have choices. you dont like the iphone, great, they dont like WM either so youre even. I dont know why people feel a need to justify their purchase to another crowd. Let them talk their crap, reviews on Cnet arent going to stop WM deveoplers from making programs, thats a BS excuse answer to justify acting immature. I HIGHLY doubt those 4 or 5 people who gave .5 stars represent the millions of iphone users as well. Dont use them to be a WM marter thats silly its just an OS not life or death

Look at phonedog, Noah's a great reviewer and usually pretty dang fair and his con on the Fuze (ATT Pro) was he doesnt like WM. Simple as that- not everyone likes WM or else they wouldnt only have a 14-15% or w.e marketshare, itd be 100. And not everyone who has an iphone is an "applehead" or "fanboy" it does do music and video better than any other device out there flat out and thats all some people want. There are a lot of generalizations being floated around here.

Going there to write a good review to tell the truth is fine but calling others names is ridiculously childish and doesnt make the WM users and more mature than these apple people you all call immature and stupid- and eye for an eye solves nothing so show some class when representing WM then

Let the apple lovers be... I have a shiny touch pro that gets looks every time I pull it out, and no one else has one. That's because every trendy douchbag has a really cool iphone. I kinda prefer being of the elite minority that really knows what a mobile "phone" should do...

sprinttouch, i agree that people have their opinions and it shouldn't matter. I don't necessarily take this too seriously, but I believe the whole point is that these people are deliberately rating a phone extremely low and it's kinda absurd that they'd go out of their way to do that. It might not matter to you, but some of us aren't going to stand for it. Now if we were the ones going out and rating the iPhone a 1 to begin with then it would be a different story. Even after the fact, i'm still not doing that. I just want the TP to get the recognition is deserves. They don't have to be perfect ratings, but 1 star? PLEASE.
They should be genuine.

Some people speak with class, some don't.. don't judge. They didn't go out and start it. It started with audacity of reviewing a phone that isn't even on their carrier - talking about 3g?! are you kidding me. they're clearly not with sprint.
Either way the point needs to be made that those reviews are clearly bs. Sure it'd be nice if counter-reviews were made w/o mentioning iPhone users, but we can't control how people get their points across.

I have a Touch Pro but i have an iPhone at my constant disposal and it is a great phone for gaming and such but it is over controlled by apple. as others have said it is a smartphone for dummies as it is not very business oriented. I honestly would pick a Touch Pro any day of the week. i love my Touch Pro but im not gonna go around bashing people that own an iPhone beause in its own respect it is a pretty cool phone.

no ones denying any of that buts my point is more that its ridiculous how personally some people take this- its not like someone knocked up your sister is a freaking phone OS! Some people REALLY need to get over it or get off the computer if theyre that worried about what someone says about their precious cell phone OS on both sides of this, not just here

I have the exact same feelings. I have been in many comparisons of phones with iPhone users from the time i have had my mogul to the time i have had my Touch Pro and each time i leave them sitting there in envy.
