Jbaker is right it is there, I was wrong. They seem to have took it off of the PDA page. People must be only buying the Touch over the PDAs that they seem to be pushing.

Well I got the touch today and I couldn't go through with it. I called asurion and told them that I'm not satisfied with it and they're gonna send me a mogul. I never even opened it! I had dcd's latest rom and it was flying. I don't wanna give up my keyboard or wifi. Also, I like that when I'm typing I still have a full screen to see all that's happenning. I got an 8G card and I'm gonna push for a pagefile type program, LOL! Furthermore, the cam flash rocks. I sometimes use it as a flashlight at work. I'm getting used to the size of the mogul too. The touch is not a whole lot smaller. GPS with windows live search is an awesome feature for me as I drive a hell of a lot.

another thing is will rev a and gps..."really" come to the touch?? we all know sprint and htc are bullhitters as evdo was supposed to be updated to the 6600 and never was. another thing is when they first merged with nextel...everyone was waiting for a dc/readylink combined chirp which also never happened. no one's even really checking for that anymore cause chirpings good and played out. i wouldnt chirp in 2008 even if they paid me $5 a mnth. which might be what happens with the touch. by the time they make this new touch rom available...will there be a completely new pda out here?? if not one will prolly soon follow.
based on sprints history (which is still the best cellphone provider regardless) a updated official touch rom is looking kinda foggy in the future IMO. i think mogul users got lucky. none was really holding their breaths and was actually amazed to actually see a new rom that day. the whole time it was looked at as "yea yea, more of their promises, i'll believe it when i see it." i think what pushed this was all the bluetooth complaints, memory leak complaints, and unsatisfied buyers wanting to switch phones. had it not been for that. i dont think the mogul woulda ever seen an update. i dont think the touch is really getting many, serious, "i wanna new phone" type of complaints like that. jus people that wants rev a and gps. summing it up...if u put both situations on a teeter totter scale....the moguls complaints will heavily outweigh the touches. they prolly felt they had to give the mogul an update. and as far as the touch, "ah..they're not complaining too much. let's jus focus more time, money on this new phone." who agrees that this looks more likely, basing it on the history...then a new rom does??

what mark is saying is true the touch is a great free upgrade from the mogul. I'm used to typing on it an it also has a feature on the sprint version which is sprint tv very cool indeed!

I think this is a never ending debate--
For me-- I miss my full keyboard for texting-- which I do more than talking-- I miss the hardware buttons-- I can have every shortcut known to mankind on my screen but I miss the tactile feel of getting on the internet by pressing my key up top, or going to my mail by another hardware key-- I went to the button settings on this touch-- and literally laughed that they even really felt the need to put it there-- The cube doesn't impress me anymore-- I had it on my 6800 and I loved it impress people... but other than that-- the functionality is slim to me-- it opens the same stuff I can from a well organized today screen. I may play with it some more today-- I'm thinking maybe if I put all my wisbar desktop back on it I'll be better-- but that keyboard is a killer... We'll see what happens....... OH! and I just noticed the camera doesn't have a flash--- that was my issue with my treo--...hmmm....

yeah im not sure what to do.. the one thing for me is how picky i am about the condition of my phone and how clean i keep the housing ... lol some call me ocd when it comes to my phones... i know where to get the housings for the mogul and i also know how to change them as ive done it for people before, where the only touch full housings are the one for the gsm version which will not fit this version. i know on my last phone i would change out the housing prob every 4-6 months and i even kept one in reserve since it drives me nuts when they get all scratched up...this is driving me nuts.
keep this touch or keep the mogul.. i can still send back one or the other but i need to decide fast before my time limit is up to send one back.. this desicion is driving me nuts
