We all saw the prototype that was supposedly loss , but now with its official confirmation and debut.. i nearly shot milk out my nose cause the iphone 4 just looked like a recycled product. I had owned an iphone 3g then didnt like the service and closed system that it was, so i jumped to a touch pro and now the all new Evo. After owning these products i can say the Evo clearly is the best. Also, people are insane to pay At&ts new data tier charges, where is sprint we have unlimited. I was hoping atleast that they would put a larger screen on the iphone 4. Atleast we can all laugh at all the iphone users who are paying inflated prices for limited data usage, and who cares about retina display ( steve says you cant even make out the pixels) when the Evo has a 4.3 screen with an awesome display and an hdmi out.

Steve was right about one thing when it comes to taking pictures though. Pixels isnt everything. It comes down to sensor size. If you know anything about photography, the larger your sensor the more light you can capture and thus the faster your shutter speed. The end result would be less photo blur and less noise. This could mean that the iPhone 4G will more than likely take better low-light photos than our 8 megapixel sensors since it wouldn't need such a high ISO to get the same shot.

Either way around it... Evo FTW... I've got a DSLR for good photos... Evo is for quick snaps.

Let's get a port of that iMovie software!!!...

Evo holds its own hardware design wise I'd say... and is it me or is the brightness turned down on the Evo in all of these comparison pics. Or is IP4 screen just more photogenic

And the race is on and heatin' up! The big boys are already releasing preliminary comparos on these two big dawg smartphones. On paper, the Evo looks like the winner. The screen is plenty beautiful to negate the advantage of the iPhones screen, I guess the only real disappointment, is that the iPhone appears to have a much better battery. Everything else seems like Apple is playing catch-up. It's amazing how the media hyping this iCrap4, like it's the best thing since sliced bread. Several Android phones have many of the same features, and in the case of the Evo, many more BEFORE this newest iPhone.
