Is the Evo better than the IPhone?

At the end of the day, they are both great high end smart phones. As it always has, it will boil down to personal preference and which one works better for you.

Its just good to see that Sprint finally has a true player in the flagship game that can honestly compete with the best of them (and win in some test).

Just to point out, the absurdly large number of pixels is only to make the upconversion from the old apps look good. It is exactly 4x the number of pixels on the original iphone.

I like how the picture they took deliberately makes the screen on the Evo look dim and hazy compared to the iPhone. It's garbage like that they do intentionally to sway people's opinions in favor of the device they WANT to win. I don't know about you all but my Evo screen is very bright and crisp, and I've actually dimmed it about halfway. Looks like they turned the screen brightness down as far as possible before going completely black. But, I would expect nothing less from Apple zombies. When you know the device you represent is inferior to the competition, you do whatever kind of sabotage is necessary to try to level the playing field.

FTW..go sharks! hell yah..all those shit they got on engadget about evo and iphone4 is complete bogus..lol...and people riding the iphone coz all those money they spent on there apps..they cant do anything if they get rid of the iphone..iPhone just got pwned! YESSSIIIIRR!

Gizmodo is mad at Apple for not inviting them to WWDC you may want to go there if you want to read a site who normally praises Apple start to bash them.

yeah i think engadget is pro iphone look how many articles they have for the iphone vs a few for the evo. But then i think they do that because apple is a usa base company.

I wouldn't go that far. They had quite a few posts on the EVO especially on launch day and when it was being leaked as the supersonic. It's Apple WWDC day there is no tech site that isn't going to post everything Steve says.
