What do you mean you cant get the treo pro my friend got it from bestbuy last week i was playin with it i thought it had more ram than that it felt like it atleast

no and no date has been set for it, though presumably it'll be out in a few days to weeks.

The launch date is the 15th. I know someone who has the treo pro. played with it. The amazing thing is is that it runs very fast and shows little ram. He has added a ton of apps and games to it and it doesn't seem to affect the speed or diminish the ram. Any Ideas?

Have him run IEM6 and go to a full site like CNN or something with flash. Then watch as his RAM depletes to nothingness.

It's like any HTC device: it'll choke sometimes when switching apps and if you have many open (like Live Search).

I cant believe Palm didnt include enough RAM in (a smartphone that is supposed to be the best TREO to date) so late in the game....Depressing man

i have the treo pro and its not to bad, even with very little ram. granted i dont have all kinds stuff loaded on it yet.

i ditched IE6 on my treo pro for the most part, use it on occasion for the google search n such, but for all my flash needs i turn to skyfire, works like a dream, watch hulu.com on it all the time. im hoping they fix the RAM issue, but it doesnt seem to affect the phone except as Malatesta said and you use IE6 for the flash
