please post the text file for the reg hacks for the treo wx.. i got the app..it works great..thx very much. just need to figure out the mms...thanks

There's no reg hacks needed. It's all done by the CAB file and then copying the files to the Windows directory.
As far as MMS goes... it DOES NOT work on this app yet. If you want MMS look a couple of threads down for the Arcsoft app. |

Ok...Big Problems
I tried out Threaded SMS...a few bugs....so removed the program. Did a Sprite Restore...but I believe did not replace back the orignal ROM and .dll that the 700WX came with. Does anyone know how I can get these files that were replaced or how to restore it back to its orignal form!!?!?!?!? Please repsond on this forum or send files to samuel.coler@mnsu.edu. Thanks to anyone that can help me. |

When I set this up with the first three beta versions I had to sprite about 7 time and everything came back to original. I did a hard reset before each backup. Did you try that?

u could hard reset....or post a new thread in the treo area and see if someone who hasn't installed the app will package those needed files up for ya and attach it...u shouldn't have had any problems with the app itself.....mind if I ask what "big problems" u were having?

the only big problem is I uninstalled it.
Email was not working and long delays with recieving texts..... Does anyone know where the list of files it replaces are? Thanks again so much for your help. |

i uninstalled the apps and i had to hard reset as my treo would not load up from a soft reset imma reinstall and try it again i installed it and right after it send my wife a text 10 times that i had sent her 2 days before so i got no idea also dont know if anyone noticed but it deletes all of ur old texts and u cant access it via inbox anymore u can only access the text via the threaded app

the ones that u r supposed to overwrite manually in the palm messaging folder....the ones u had to copy to the windows directory.....but if u didn't do this then that could be ur issue.
