Well, no - I didn't make it. I improved it - and modified it to fit 240x240. The original author is KEN at WeatherPanel.net.

I have been thinking of concept for a new theme, though. Something for commuters, called Traffic-240. This concept would be geared less towards weather and more towards downloading traffic cams and switching quickly between them - exploiting WP's ability to download graphics from the web.

Any thoughts on this?

ahhh... very nice imporvement... as i have a 700wx... neways... the traffic would be really cool! only i dont drive very much (im in college pretty much walk or ride my scooter) but in the summer i would definatly consider it depeneding on what areas of St louis have traffic cams would be fun to play with for sure! you really are the WP master

I'm new to phone alarm and am trying to use this skin, but I can't seem to figure out how to install it. It seems that it should be in .cab format but it's in a zip file. Thanks!

inside the zip file you will find a folder(images) and a .skn file

http://ppcgeeks.com/phonealarm-alpha...264.html#13704 follow this link to learn how to install...

if u get a error message open the folder(images) and copy ONLY the contents to the folder with the EXACT SAME NAME in the program files/phone alarm / your folder name

Thanks, works great now. Another dumb question. How do I get the top and bottom bar color to change? I am using a black theme from PocketPC Themes, but the bars are still default blue.

You can do that using UI Tweaker, it's a free app...
