just do this... so the folder with the images goes in Phone Alarm folder
skn file also goes in phoneAlarm folder but not in Skin folder

say your using jinks...

this is folder set up

Program Files /PhoneAlarm / Jinks (folder w./images)
Program Files/PhoneAlarm / Jinks.skn

Thx Wow... I was using that process but just realized the folders I created didn't always EXACTLY mimic the name of the skin file... that is a must...
