Maybe...but in my post I detail my experience in hopes that I can find out....as surely many thousands of people got their setup to work based on information in this thread, and certainly one of them could be kind enough to help me figure it out, too. At this point, since nobody has responded to me, I don't even know if what I'm experiencing is the same as anyone else. Again, I don't KNOW if it's the famous 'server issue' in my scenario, and I don't know if it's normal that all the places to CHANGE the server info are greyed out on my phone....

ok...so since nobody here is willing to help a guy out who politely asks for some help, can someone tell me where I CAN get help from??? This thing still WILL NOT send an MMS message...each attempt gets me an automatic 'Message Delivery Failed' report, and everything on the 'Servers' tab of the MMS's setup page is greyed out (if the server issue is even why this is happening)!!

I've got a question with VIEWING picturemail sent to me. As we know, we receive a link to the sprint picturemail page to view the image/video...but when I click on the link and it loads PIE, I get a page that says "cookies are required to...please enable cookies for your browser..." the problem is that i have cookies enabled already and i've cleared the history, cache, cookies, etc. in PIE and still have the problem. Is there a way to fix this?
