I haven't had any problems sending or receiving picture mail on my 700wx and I haven't made any changes to server names and the like. I wonder why it would only affect some Sprint customers and not all.

I am located in South Jersey near Philadelphia, it could be certain areas, where is everyone else located that had to change the DNS servers like me, or experiencing total loss of sms and mms?

My first post here...so first off, hello!
Now then, I've tried to read through all of this, but I can't seem to find answers to my questions....so here they are: 1. As far as I can tell, there's no way to send picture mail by starting in the 'pictures and videos' folder the way it's intended (this just gets me to a 'user@user.com' scenario and nothing works). Instead, I MUST enter the messaging client and go to MMS and create a new message from there. Is this correct? 2. I tried doing it the latter way (Messaging->MMS->New) and was able to prepare the message, but the delivery attempt failed. Could this have to do with the server issue that's come up recently? I thought perhaps it was, so was going to try and change the server info per the instructions I found here, but unfortunately I'm not able to create a new server. On the server tab I see 'Sprint PCS', but I can not select that one to edit it, and both the 'New' and 'Set as Default' buttons are greyed out! Any help/answers/assistance would be very much appreciated |

This looks like a regional network issue. I am in DFW area and I did not have any issue sending mms/txt or receiving txt (mms via txt and viewing vie PIE) with the standard Sprint DNS. All the configuration were the default cab installation. I tested again last night between my wife's a900m and my treo to confirm. I can not send video but can receive it, however, so far I did not see any success story on sending video yet from sprint 700wx unless someone can provide the cab file from the verizon wx.
