ok well i finally tracked down the program on my phone and deleted it so i can start from scratch... i guess i'll wait to hear something from the experts before i do anything... thanks

I think it might be some sprint network/vision hiccups. A few things to try. After install, make sure to do a soft reset of phone! Do this my removing rear cover and depressing reset button with stylus.
1) Do a soft reset 2) Take your picture and close out of pics/vids. Go to IE or whatever and make sure you get a vision connection. Close IE browser. 3) Go to Messaging, use the left/right arrows to scroll till you see MMS in title. 4) You get 2 options, select New Pix Message 5) Tap to insert photo. Select and insert photo. 6) In "To" field, tap and select recipient from address book. 7) Type message in "insert text here" field Hope this helps those asking how to send. If it fails, keep selecting retry. |

Oh. well that means it's not the update. i was thinkin it might have been the update. because it was the first time i tried to send picture mail after the update and it doesn't work now.

Well at least there is an answer! some of us thought we were going nutts.. thanks for the update, i just quit worring about it, it was fun while it lasted for some of us...

We have a fix for the few that has this problem.
