Lost Pre Profile

Hi everyone, I just bought my wife the Palm Pre and I am having an issue getting the contacts from the profile. Here is what happened.

I went to the store and exchanged her phone so they did the transfer and I set up a profile in the store. However, they made a mistake that I didn't notice while I was there. They put my number on the Pre.

So I realized this when I got home and I called sprint and had them swap the numbers out. But now I can't get the contacts. My understanding is that it uses the Profile name and the phone number.

So, is there a way for me to download her contacts from her pre profile?
