Im going with touch HD since sprint and HTC are good business partners.

Agreed about their partnership, however the silence is deafening. Oh! I change my speculation to include the Samsung Jet, since it looks like VZW might have a lock on the Omnia 2, though I hope Sprint might share this with them like they shared the Mogul/Diamond/TP.......if not, Samsung Jet all the way

We don't know yet until Samsung makes an announcement. (Which carriers will have it, etc.) Though fingers are pointing at VZW as at least one provider.

Rumor here is the t-mobile phone will be released on july 22nd... u think the sprint one would be released before or after...hmmm

I know there are many people who are waiting for the Touch Pro 2 to come out but I am really waiting for the T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 though because I am currently using an unlocked Fuze with my T- Mobile sim. We know that ATT’s version of Touch Pro 2 recently p***** FCC approvals and we could be seeing their touch pro 2 very soon. I think this time T-mobile’s Touch Pro 2 will come out before ATT’s, from all indications that we have we could be expecting the T-Mobile TP2 to come out on July 22nd. A recent internal T-Mobile document shows that training for the TP2 is scheduled to run from June 16th to July 2nd. This still leaves plenty of time for the device to be shipped out to the stores and ready for sales. Another T-Mobile internal “roadmap” also shows that the device is apparently scheduled to be released on July 22nd (Image was to blurry for me to confirm for myself). Here are the two images of the training document and the roadmap from BGR and Engadget respectively.

It would be nice if sprint release there tp2 before anybody else. I mean if sprint and I mean IF sprint played there cards right with there phone release dates they would block a lot of ppl jumping ship to other carriers. Look at like this they already released the palm pre its doing well getting some what good reviews making a few(by the 1000's) 2nd guess the iphone 3Gs. Than they release the tp2 before any other us carrier everyone is already raving over the phone than drop the bb tour 1 week after big red if not before but if after make it KNOWN its coming a week after there's so ppl won't jump ship and sprint can have the 3 headed dragon for the summer...just my opinion I could be wrong

I had a touch pro and when the Palm Pre came out I bought one and sold by touch pro well after a week of using the palm pre I can say without a doubt that i hate it for various reasons. Now i want to return it get a refund and buy a touch pro 2. So I need the tp2 to come out within of 30 days of when i bought my palm pre so i dont have to waste money on another phone to use between waiting.

yeah i know, im totally screwed! and totally stupid for selling my touch pro and mogul b4 i was sure i was going to keep the palm pre. I think im gonna look on craigslist for a htc touch flash a diamond rom onto it and use it until the tp2 comes out lol

I would have to think that they would replace the Diamond with the WiMax version of the HD since they are going the WiMax route.

Not totally stupid, at least you got the highest value for your tp1. Now when the tp2 comes you'll already have the $ and like you said just get something to pass you by till it comes out.

yeah i sold my touch pro and mogul on craigslist for 300... but i had to pay almost 600 after tax for the palm pre. I'm gonna take it back get my money back and buy a htc touch or whatever i can find until the tp2 comes out.

BUT... im really disappointed that they took the flash away. I loved using htc torch for a little flash light on my touch pro. If anyone out there happens to actually know when its coming out... please pm me! y! aol msn anything!
