262 i believe means you don't have sufficient privileges to flash the rom, and that is what the unlocker will give you

now when you want to flash, you can throw your phone into bootloader and then just plug it in and run the romupdateutility.exe
each rom must have its own folder in your computer... never have multiple .nbh files in a folder where you begin a flashing process
