It is official that Sprint will offer an Android-based phone next year...

wow wow... plenty of fans and the opposite for sprint here... to be honest though most of the links are just media trying to make the most out of little tidbits so people will read their posts... to be honest sprint is cutting but only to be smarter with its money, they are actually 4 years ahead in cash flow in an economy with large companies requesting money from the government to survive... its more like reallocating funds than actual trimming... as to the android it is scheduled for the second half of 09 for sprint according to a very good tech friend at sprint of mine... hes already played with the prototype... more good news its going in the htc hd device... hows that for a combo. bad news is the wait though

Hopefully your right and its early in the 2nd half of the year. Any idea when we could expect an announcement for it? Now i just gotta figure out what to get in the mean time or if I should just hold out with the titan.
