I have given files to cmonex, she is going to look at, she has been busy with Topaz Rhodium, RhodiumW, Whitestone, Barium, Citrine.

right now the Q is not high on her list, she has the files, and has said she will look at them, and batch the stuff. however until she can get that done, i am at a standstill right now with everything.

so i am sorry for the wait everyone, but once i get something i will post, this project is not dead, it has hit a big road block, and until i can get a HSPL, it wont move, but it will get done.

I wonder if a HSPL for the Q would work for the Q9C, or be similar.

Was wondering the same about the same thing. My fiance's son has my Q and I thought it would be cool to play around with it... Just glad someone had that idea!!!

What needs to be done with HardSPL to make it work with the 9? I have some development knowledge and I'll willing to lend a hand if desired to this project.

Is there anything I (or others) can help with? Have you had any luck in working to get HardSPL to function on the Q?

I'm excited at the prospect of this project even though I don't have a Q. Can you give us an update and let us know if we can contribute somehow?

HSPL is very tricky to do, You have to Patch the file, so that it will Skip security checks. but at the same time, if you skip to much you can brick the phone, and you have to decompile it, and edit it using assembly code.

It is a very tricky process from what i understand,

yes very tricky... Ive been trying myself to develop it but Ive had no luck even with extensive programming knowledge... its very specialized..
