I've had this problem a number of times..
The fix is basically enabling PCS Vision Go to Settings, keep going to G.more....until you get to the PCS Vision Menu. Open the Menu by hitting A...Select A.PCS VIsion and make sure it's on enable, NOT disable. Hit Done, and you should be good to go. If it still isn't working after enabling it, you need to update the vision profile again. Good Luck, remember customer service and the stores don't really even get these phones until next week, so they won't be much help. |

I'm having multiple "cannot connect" problems as well. Also, my Sprint Q just locks up every other day or so (Agenda One the only 3rd party sw on my device). The Sprint Q needs an update in a bad way.
Some have had success with a replacement. That makes me think we have a bad batch of Q's or something. I'm going to request a replacement and hope for a firmware upgrade!! |

I think I've found a trend here....
When I receive/place a call and then try to go into Vision afterwards (not always RIGHT after) but after, it won't connect. I've now made it routine to restart the phone after each call. Annoying... Um, that's an obvious question.. |
