I take it you told them you lost it?
I wonder if they will give you the charger and everything?

I told them I broken the screen, which I did, and I got the whole retail package. So another SD card/Battery/charger/cord And they only want the husk aka the body and back plate because of hazards of sending battery/electronics via mail. So I get to keep the old bat/SD card.

Thats cool, Iv only actually used my insurance once and they wanted the battery and back with it.
