is there a reason why the NBH is significantly larger in size than the EXE? 170mb vs 128mb

The .exe is a highly compressed file while the .nbh is not. The .nbh within the .exe is exactly the same size when uncompressed and flashed.

Just flashed with the .exe, seemed to complete fine. On restart, my phone hangs at the HTC quietly brilliant screen. Anyone else have this happen? I figured out how to connect it in bootloader screen & am trying to reflash now, see if that corrects it.

Update: no dice for me, still sticks on splash screen. Or am I just not giving it enough time, longer than 3 or 4 min to change screens?

It stayed on that screen for less than a minute and went to the Teya one.six.zero with the green progress bar for me and installed fine.

However, I did not use the .exe file to install the ROM. I extracted all the files using WinRAR and then ran the ROMUpdateUtility.exe executable to install the ROM on my Imagio.
You may want to try the following:

1. Remove the microSD card and then install the ROM
2. Extract the .exe file to a folder and install using ROMUpdateUtility.exe
3. Copy the nbh file to a 8GB or smaller microSD card and enter the bootloader mode to install the ROM from the microSD card

Hope it works out.

I flashed from 1.4.0 to 1.6.0, however, when attempting to install my addtional apps, I discovered that cab files would not launch. I did not attempt to reflash, but went back to 1.4.0. Anyone else having this issue?

I also noticed that the Microsoft My Phone app was not present in the ROM either. This was actually the cab file I was trying to install when I discovered that cabs would not run.

Re: [ROM] Project: Teya 1.6.0 [11-Mar-2011]

Jmart, some quick feedback based on a few minutes of playing with the ROM:

- ROM is fast, especially with WiMoSpeed set to 691MHz
- Plus code dialing works fine
- Youtube worked fine too
- Everytime I make a change in CHTeditor and exit, I get an error. But the change takes place.
- Battery drain is high. Maybe something I am doing wrong? Battery level went from 72% to 17% in the matter of a couple of hours of very little use. Will let it run down to zero to check if it is just an error in the reporting
- Would like more control over backups. How do I add PIMBackup to my quick links? When I try to install PIMBackup from my storage card, it opens up PIMBackup right away. Is it already installed? If so, it does not show up in the list of programs.
- I added Whip2snap as a quick link but program would not open -- does not exist error. Re-installed and it worked.
- It will be nice to include Dial up enabler/disabler or Data Controller so data can be turned off via a quick link
- Could not find notepad application. Is it the same as notes?

Thanks jmart!

Something had to happen while you were updating your ROM. Your phone might have gotten bricked. Try reloading the original MR1 update and then reinstall the ROM
