Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.2

Steve,

Does your ROM retain the Global capabilities of the phone? If provisioned will it Roam in GSM countries with my Verizon number and data plan?

Can you throw in a plain black or textured black wall paper. I dont really like backgrounds. There is is enough happening on the phone with Sense etc.
Here's a plain black I did for my Imagio.

Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.2

Steve - I have been meaning to ask about this. When I plug my phone in for active sink - it is not recognized by the "Safely Remove Hardware" application on my desktop (Win 7). But if I leave my phone plugged in and power down the phone - it then appears in the "Safely Remove Hardware" list.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Yes it does retain the global capabilities. This has been tested in London proper, with the provided Vodafone SIM, and a Vodafone payg SIM.

No idea. I never use it that way so have never focused on it. I just plug in, or unplug, when I need to.

Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.2

Updated ROMs are now available from the links on the first post.

This will be the last v1 ROMs that I will put out. v2 ROMs will take awhile to put together, as I have alot of ideas, and I want to see if they can be done. I appreciate all the feedback, and please stay tuned for v2.

Steve

Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.2

All,

It was brought to my attention that the latest builds were flawed. First off my apologies to those who downloaded and flashed, only to find things missing. I have been working hard on v2 and some of my builds got crossed. I have rectified the problem and am uploading updates right now.

I will edit this msg indicating the uploads are complete.

Thanks,
Steve

Edit: uploads are complete!

Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.2

At present my ROMs have eReader and Footprints capabilities, although they are not visible. I am thinking of removing these from the ROMs on a go forward basis to save valuable memory.

For those that are using my ROMs would you be in favor of this? Does anyone use the Twitter functionality?

Steve
