Same thing as the last ROM:

No network connection is available to contact the voicemail server.  Do you want to access your voicemail by calling *86 ?

Why, I don't know. The other programs that use a data connection seem to work fine.

Sh*t guys...Just updated from mar31 version of sense 2.5 to apr 1 21898 sense 2.5, and upon restarting, phone got locked up on the htc splash screen (black w/silver lettering). About to do a hard reset, but heads up. I've flashed roms quite a few times now, so *shrug*

Update: Just did a hard reset, and still can't get past the HTC logo. Been a while now. I plugged the phone into the charger but the charging indicator light is completely off(yes, the rom update was complete). Getting a bit worried.

PS: On that black screen, the normal red lettering in the bottom corner is missing.


Disregard all of this...Got into the bootloader and was able to re-install. File this under "epic freak-out"

Also, I think it's been that way since the carrier provisioning was taken out.

put it in bootloader then reflash it. you might want to re download the ROM again you might havegotten a bad download!

Thank you all set. I found out that by holding the volume down key and the end(power) button at the same time (only those 2 no 3rd button), WHILE THE PHONE IS ALREADY POWERED OFF, which i believe eliminates the need to press the reset button on the back, put the phone into search mode also. It then searched for the file and flashed, thanks alot

sure wish I could help you. it's very frustrating not being able to find a solution. I'm running 23554 CHT Apr1 and don't have that issue at all. might be time to upgrade? good luck.

is anyone else noticing with these new nrg roms ( I am using this: Energy.IMAGIO.21898.Sense2.5_with_Cookie_HomeTab.A pr.01) that when watching movies or youtube, when you click to turn up/down volume it pauses the screen and shows a weird volume popup in the middle of the screen. This didnt happen with the previous nrg roms, it would just show the volume on the left side increasing/decreasing and not effect the video at all.
