How easy is it to get the guts transferred? I have done some modding before (with a Nintendo DS) and was wondering out tedious this would be. I bought a second hand Vogue and this seems like it would be a nice way to get it looking new. Just curious if its a matter of screws or if there is some board disassembly.

I would say at of a 5 it's a 3 . Theres one small plug for the DIGITIZER. If all you are going to do is a body replacement. If you need help just pm me and I'll give you my # and can walk you through it in about 15 minutes. Hope that helps.

And how would you /rate/ the burgundy? Is it like a red wine? I currently have the Alltel silver/grey color and don't really like it because from what it seems it has gotten dirty. And so now its like a dirty silver color. Have you noticed anything like this with the burgundy? Or how about the black for that matter? I just don't want to get housing that ends up getting dirty like this.

The burgundy is SWEET ! Looks great and it is like a deep red wine. Holding up with know dirty look to it. I use it every day at work. and the black always looks good.

I like the Black myself. The dark red doesn't match my outfits as well as the black .

FYI You know there is also a dark green housing available too.

I would go with the black 2 especially, if I had one of the extended batteries. I just like the burgundy to change up things now and again. But both are a good look.
P.S. Horndoctor is right. There is a dark green. It's a different look but great for Christmas. LOL.

TMZ,

My HTC Touch Vogue (Sprint) works well but the upper right corner of the touchscreen is not very responsive. The rest of the touchscreen works fine. Do I just need to replace the digitizer? The actual glass should be fine right?

That will do it... The digitzer is where the touch is pick up from.
