Not sure about either of those. i never used Microsoft Exchange or any weather program so I'm hoping someone else can help you with that.

Everyone please remember that this is a very old build now. The only reason I use it is because its so easy to get up and running. Once everyone gets used to the basics, just slowly work your way up to newer and different builds.

So I have a bunch of files that stop responding... like "system" and a lot of settings and other tabs just dont open. ie import contacts...

Ok so I've spent a day on this rom and i want to kill someone and myself. I LOVE android and I LOVE that someone is trying to make it for the touch and for that im grateful, but here are some problems...
- System file not responding 40% of the time
- TON of files don't respond (weather, settings, import contacts)
-Goes to HTC screen and locks up
- On that note its SLOW!
- Missing ring tones? all of them? ????
- ADB file doesn't help with syncing...

As for the guide, all the files you say to extract are ".img" files and don't extract... So I feel like I'm missing files or something, but yeah... I'm using this version of droid:zen-hero-090809 is there a newer version or something?I'm just frustrated right now, because I'd like to be able to just use android.

I am running Android 1.6 on the xv6900 and it is fast and works awesome.

One question: on the image that I have the google search box does not have the voice search feature? Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Love 1.6 but cannot wait for the 2.0 build to be stable.....

Im running pleman from XDA's 1.6 donut via sd card/haret and I have the voice search feature on my google search bar widget.

Are you running from NAND or sd card via Haret? Those are very old files. Check the Vogue forum @ xda for easier more detailed instructions. You can run Android solo without Winmo or with WinMo via sd card/Haret. DZO has a "noob" flash method thats pretty much fool proof. Look for the "Flashable linux" thread in the vogue forum on XDA. Exact directions are in the first post.
