Use AE Button Plus , you can assign a button to lock the phone without requiring the pin. You can lock whenever, even when you are on the phone.

Weird I have been using that program for a few weeks now and havent had any problems with it. My settings are:

Load on start Up: checked
Lock after device wakes up: checked
Lock while on external power: checked

I left everything else as default.

Smartlock is another option. Here is a link to the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505032 and I'll attach the cab below. I had a lot of problems (randomly stopped working, somehow interfering with my data connection) with it but others seem to be using it without issues.
