The Rep said they would send a prepaid envelope to send the damaged phone to them. I didn't see this mentioned anywhere? Will they charge more $$$ if you do not return the Touch to them???

In the package that they send you, it will say that you will be charged $300 if you do not return the damaged phone.

What if my phone is still under manufacturer warranty... I wonder is alltel still sending out the touch in that instance or the diamond? Any way to find out? Im betting asurion will have stock on the touch again with you guys sending in your phones.

Wow! The rep said 2 days to receive the phone. The tracking# shows it's already out for delivery in my town today. Nice!

I filed my claim and had me Touch replaced with a Diamond the next day! Love it!!!

Go to phoneclaim.com and file a claim, before you complete it it will tell you what will be your replacement phone.

Yeah, every time I've done a claim it's always delivered by the next day at like noon, it's awesome! Def worth the money... dont know if it still is now that the deductable went up though.

Me TOO! I had the Pro and I loved it, but it was so fat, this is like the best of both worlds. Except for the microsd slot, and camera flash, but I'll survive

The deductable hasn't gone up yet. It's still $50.
